Our experts will evaluate the make, model, year of manufacture, and condition of your device to determine its value.
If you are satisfied with the offer, just sign the documents and receive a voucher for the agreed-upon value of your old phone.
The coupon has a unique code and is valid for 30 calendar days, giving you the flexibility to use it when it suits you.

The purchase price of a device may vary according to its physical condition. See what it depends on and how is changing:
Operation device
The device is in good condition. It is permissible to have deep Scratches and to look worn. It is not assumed to have fractures or missing parts – No effect on the evaluation. Customer gets the maximum price.
Physical damage to the device:
The device has damage like broken/cracked glass on the screen, but the display itself It must work. The device has cracks/fractures on the housing, poorly working buttons, exerting additional force when pressing, speaker problems or Microphone missing or loose parts of the screen – Maximum price will be decreased with 35%.
Screen problems:
Broken screen, touchscreen, serious discoloration, burns or dots Screen - Maximum price will be decreased with 75%.
No power supply:
The device does not turn on or displays a reset/store error, the built-in internal battery is not charging, the charging port is working or there is a defect – Maximum price will be decreased with 90%.
Locked Cloud:
iCloud in the case of Apple device is active and the client is not logged out of Account his. - Maximum price will be decreased with 90%.

What is One Trade & Upgrade?
It is our trade-in service, which we are presenting for the first time, as a new possibility for you to upgrade your old device into a new one with less money out of pocket.
How does it work?
Trade-in/ sell your old devices and get a discount on your next purchase of a new device.
Our shop representatives will evaluate your device in terms of brand, model, and condition of your device and provide an estimated trade-in value. The evaluation process is fair and transparent given that it is automated.
If you accept the value estimate in the shop, we will give a voucher you can use within one month.
Why should I trade in my old device?
When you trade-in your old device, it is a win-win for both parties. A device trade-in provides you a discount to help with a new device purchase, decreasing your out-of-pocket payment. For us as One, we still see value in the devices consumers no longer want and we transfer them for recycling and reuse of materials.
The evaluation is equal and transparent for all customers, standardized for each store in any part of Albania where our stores are located.
How do I find out what my device is worth?
When you hand your device(s) to any of our shop assistants. He/she will do the valuation by verifying that all the conditions are in place, and you will get immediate valuation.
How many devices can I trade in?
You can trade up to 5 devices and earn a coupon for the total value.
How much will I get for my trade-in?
It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. However, the valuation process is standardised & fair since it is carried out by our central system.
Keep in mind that prices change even on a weekly basis, so once you have valuated your phone do not wait too much, otherwise the price might change.
Do I have to trade in at the same time that I purchase?
You can trade at the same time and purchase a new device, or you have 30 days to purchase a new device.
When I trade in my device, should I send the battery, charger, and other accessories?
No Trade & Upgrade value will be provided for these items, but you can still leave them with the old device to us.
How do I clear personal information and content from my device before trading it in?

If I changed my mind and I no longer want to trade in my device. What should I do?
You can decide not to trade-in / sell your device(s) at the moment you are in the shop or up to 7 calendar days from the date of the Trade & Upgrade deal.

It only takes a few minutes, and it is a simple and transparent process that you can witness in our stores.
Terms & Conditions
1.1. General Terms
- Customer can trade in/ sell up to 5 devices at the same time and will get one voucher for the total amount.
- The voucher can be used to purchase new device with or without subscription plan, including purchase on installments.
- The validity of the voucher is 30 calendar days from the date of trade in.
- The voucher may not be applied for discount of subscription plan monthly fees or pre-paid bundles.
- The value cannot be split in several purchases. The entire voucher is used when buying one device.
1.2. Declaration of ownership
To take advantage of the service "Trade & Upgrade", the customer guarantees and declares, that he is the owner of the device or that he is regularly authorized by the rightful owner of the device for transferring ownership of it. If, despite the declaration provided third parties make claims against One Albanian in respect of the ownership of the device, the contract for “Trade & Upgrade” is automatically terminated and the customer is entitled to refund to One Albania the used value of the e-voucher.
1.3. Transfer of ownership
After customer accepts the offer and signs the Trade & Upgrade contract and T & C the right of ownership of the device is transferred from customer to One Albania. The customer waives any future claims under relation to the device.
1.4. Customer’s responsibility for his personal data
The customer undertakes to delete all personal data such as passwords, PIN codes, phone numbers, photos and videos from the device before it is taken over by One Albania, by resetting the device to factory settings or through certified data erasure Software. One Albania is not responsible for the customer's failure to properly delete personal data from the device.
*The device should be signet out or returned in Factory settings. This may affect the appraisal of the device.
