One Smart Pay is available to all customers who upgrade from prepaid to post-paid plans. Furthermore, it is offered to all post-paid customers who are renewing their contract
Which is the instalment payment cycle?
The payment cycle is dependent on the duration of the contract. 12-month subscription customers will have 12 instalments for their device, while 24-month subscription customers can choose between 12 or 24 instalments.
How many devices can a customer benefit from this solution?
A single customer can benefit only once from the solution.
How will I pay for the instalments?
The instalment cost will be paid monthly, whenever you pay your mobile plan invoice.
One Smart Pay is offered to customers who are considered trustworthy by the company, based on its internal policies. The opportunity to benefit from a phone with monthly payments may be limited and, in some cases, a prepayment of part of the value may be required, depending on the personal credit rating. The prices shown and the monthly payments for each phone do not include the monthly communication fee. All prices include VAT.
